At GarzoyanArt, every artwork is created with care, originality, and passion. Each piece is handcrafted and unique, and we want you to love what you receive. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.
Original Artwork Sales
All original paintings and custom art pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
Because of the personal, handmade nature of each artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping:
- Please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
- Send clear photos of the damage (including the packaging).
- We will work with you to arrange a replacement (if possible) or a partial refund based on the situation.
We take great care in packaging every item securely to ensure it arrives safely.
Prints, Merchandise & Reproductions
Refunds or exchanges for prints or art merchandise (such as apparel, bags, or accessories) are accepted only for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos.
Custom Orders & Commissions
Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable once production has begun.
If you need to cancel a commission before work starts, please contact us within 24 hours of your order for a full refund.
Color Accuracy
Please note that colors may vary slightly from how they appear on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting differences. These variations are not considered defects.
